Acceptance Test
The purpose of acceptance testing is to make sure
that the system functions the way the staff needs it
to work. Concorde helps create acceptance
test criteria, acceptance test plans and
acceptance test scripts and conducts acceptance
testing with involvement from client personnel.
When the client and Concorde are satisfied that
all acceptance criteria have been met an
acceptance document is signed by all parties.

On-Site Guidance
Concorde provides on-site coaching as clients
begin to use the new system. Tip sheets and helpful
hints are created to help clients transition from the
old way of doing things to the new. Policies and
procedures surrounding the new system are also put in
place to make sure end-users are using the system
efficiently.
