- Ms. Rothenberg helps Concorde's clients save money and
increase productivity. She uses her
expertise in economics, system design and
government processes to improve client
operations. Her work includes redesigning work process and
deciding where technology can be applied
effectively. Adept at communicating
with diverse audiences, Ms. Rothenberg applies her
experience to creating successful organizational
redesigns.
- Ms. Rothenberg has over eighteen years of experience
in systems process analysis. Before joining Concorde,
she worked for CBIZ Trilinc Consulting and Trilogy
Associates; began her own consulting firm;
consulted for two different departments at the
University of Pennsylvania on a workforce
education project and a multi-city project; was a
planning and administration analyst and management
analyst
for the Government Accountability Office's
Resources, Community and Economic Development
Division; and was an analyst for the U.S. Commerce
Department's Coastal Zone Program's grant
administration office and for the State of Wisconsin.
- Ms. Rothenberg is a Past President of NWCT, a
professional organization, and member of the Philadelphia
Council of Business Economists. Ms.
Rothenberg has an
Executive Master of Science degree (ExMSE) from the University
of Pennsylvania's Engineering and Wharton Schools,
1994, and a Master of Science (MS )degree in
Regional Planning from
the University of Wisconsin, 1997.
- She addressed the 2003 Annual Conference of the
Business Forms Management Association, BFMA, on
governmental processes and workflow
Recent Projects
- Consulted on an internal audit for a $1.48B
international healthcare company. Tested
financial controls and recommended improvements.
- Assessed processes and controls for an insurance
company's internal review, identifying
internal controls over financial reporting.
Tested Information Technology controls.
- Chosen to conduct an internal review of a
company that provides employee benefits services
and software. Identified processes and
controls, including those related to Information
Technology. Participated in the development
of the testing plan.
- Provided opportunities for enhancing loan
origination and funding, accounting, portfolio management,
and human resources workflow for a large financial
services firm. Assessed present and future
workflow and imaging requirements. Developed
requirements for a Request for Proposal.
