- Ray Aull serves clients with his experience in
information technology and project management
gained from a career that has spanned more than 20
years. His
current position at Concorde is that of project
manager/consultant.
During his tenure as a programmer analyst,
Mr. Aull designed, coded, and tested dozens of
custom applications in the manufacturing sector
utilizing IBM midrange systems.
As a manager, he has led both large and
small project teams composed of internal IT
professionals, contractors, and representatives of
the business units.
Mr. Aull manages projects utilizing the
Concorde T.A.R.G.E.T. methodology whose project
management process is closely aligned with the
Project Management Body of Knowledge as defined by
the Project Management Institute.
He is experienced in developing standard
project management tools including the scope
statement, work breakdown structure, statement of
roles and responsibilities, and project plan.
Additionally, he has demonstrated his
ability to utilize various instruments including
problems and issues logs and a change management
process to insure that projects under his
supervision are delivered on time and within
budget.
- Mr.
Aull has been certified as a Computing
Professional by the ICCP.
He is also a member of the Project
Management Institute and has earned a Masters
Certificate in Project Management from Villanova
University.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from
the Wharton School of the University of
Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Widener University
with a concentration in Management Information
Systems.
Recent Projects
- Assisted two medium sized banks with preparation
for an internal audit. Created process
documentation narratives, identified risks and
controls, and developed test plans.
- Assisted a multi-divisional heating oil supply
company with preparation for an internal
audit. Developed process narratives,
identified risks and controls, created and
executed test plans, provided advice on
remediation efforts.
